Upon your first visit to the branch, you must bring your photo I.D. and payment method for verification. At that time, you will also sign a Liability Agreement and Code of Conduct form. Please note that discounts are not available through the online registration process (i.e. Activate South Alabama, Corporate, Silver Sneakers, Prime, or any other Discount program). They can only be assessed in the branch. Should an individual or family qualifying for a discount choose to join on-line, published membership rates will apply and are non-refundable.
