For Social Responsibility
In 2011, the Strong Kids campaign raised more than $250,000 with the help of more than 150 volunteers. Every dollar raised is used to provide assistance within our local communities.
In the last year the YMCA of South Alabama touched the lives of over 20,000 people in our community. This year, the YMCA hopes provide $270,000 in financial scholarships for membership, child care, and youth sports to those who otherwise would not be able to participate.
Your donation to the Strong Kids Campaign is tax-deductible. Contributions can be made in cash, check, stock, Visa or MasterCard. Pledges are welcome. A payment schedule can be tailored to fit your desires. We can send you a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual statement, or schedule one full payment.
